Vacancies How to apply Employment Policy

Employment policy
The practice aims to conduct all of its business on the understanding that no-one should be disadvantaged of opportunities to work, progress and flourish through prejudice of origin, race, religious or ethnic background, disability, age, gender or sexual orientation.  We work in an area of creative life in which talent and ability are important to the success of the practice, but all staff should be allowed equal opportunity to improve their skills through the way training initiatives are offered.

We will consider all applicants for employment on their merits regardless of race, ethnic origin, religious or ethnic background, disability, age, gender or sexual orientation – and follow a policy of equality of opportunity in our selection processes for interview and in our judgements after interview.
