All of the projects Nash Partnership undertake are led by an Associate or Team Leader, reporting regularly to one of the Partners.

Our team orientated structure allows us to offer our clients a single point of contact for well integrated building, urban and regeneration design, conservation and planning advice and the sector knowledge of our seven design teams, supported by a wide range of other skills.

As all projects are unique the skills and expertise that they will require must be as flexible as possible throughout their development to address site and client specific needs. Project teams are selected to match these requirements.

We are able to rely upon the clear communication channels created by our open plan office environment, with staff working together in group areas and regular senior management discussions, project reviews, idea and information sharing. Our skillsets are developed through well developed knowledge management, training and CPD reviews.
