Our construction team, set up originally to service the need for competitive production drawings, continues to deal predominantly with schemes that have progressed beyond planning approval and so are responsible for the majority of onsite projects. The team is the centre of construction knowledge in the firm and is now playing a strategic advisory role in larger planning led projects that will move to site, thus ensuring efficiency through continuity of personnel and knowledge. The construction team also undertakes party wall and CDM coordinator duties.

This skill base within the office allows us to continue to establish and develop relationships with developers and regional contractors who value our front and delivery end skillsets.
