Many of the projects Nash Partnership undertakes involve adaptation of existing buildings for new owners or users, bringing them back to use, creating a future with modern facilities and services and often creating new community identities. These buildings provide interesting spaces and creative challenges, allowing us to seek schemes that optimise the use of space.

With the conversion of historic buildings particular care is taken to ensure work undertaken is sympathetic to, and respectful of, the original or former uses of the structure. Several of our staff have specialist conservation qualifications or skills.

Sustainability initiatives are sought on all conversions, with cost effective results.
