Amanda joined Nash Partnership in 2005 and has a strong background in the design of urban regeneration, masterplanning and housing schemes, having previously worked for HTA in London. She has a wide ranging experience in creating schemes for clients that range in scale from 20 dwellings to 11,000 and has worked for clients across the marketplace including housing associations, private developers, local authorities, CABE and clients overseas.
Her team's portfolio includes many schemes where the brief is regeneration led, developing schemes of re-use in addition to new build. She has extensive experience in all stages of the development of such schemes from initial brief taking and consultation through to construction and a particular skill base in successfully managing consultation on complex and controversial schemes.
Amanda is particularly experienced in Design Team Management on such comprehensive design projects. Since joining Nash Partnership she has successfully delivered masterplanning projects, including those in open competition, for developments such as the former RAF Locking, Coed Darcy nr Swansea, the Gloucester Railway Triangle Site, Littlecombe in Dursley, St Pauls and Starvehall Farm, both in Cheltenham.
