South West Property Awards 2014
We won the 'design award' based on our “contributions to developments in terms of design, deliverability and control of costs” in the commercial property sector.
RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence 2014
Our St Pauls project won an award in the 'Exemplary Planning to Deliver Housing' category. Our Hitachi Capital scheme in Trowbridge was also shortlisted in the ‘Outstanding Planning to Deliver Growth and Employment’ category.
Building Excellence Awards 2014
Our work to listed buildings at the former Temple Primary School in Keynsham has been named as a finalist in the ‘Best Conversion’ category of this year's Local Authority Building Control Building Excellence Awards. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Bristol in June.
St Pauls, Cheltenham
Our affordable housing scheme in Cheltenham was ‘highly commended’ at the national Housebuilder Awards and the National Housing Awards in 2013. It was also shortlisted for a Consultation Award by the Chartered Institute of Housing, a national Placemaking Award and a regional RTPI award. In 2014, it was awarded a Cheltenham Civic Award and has also been shortlisted for regional and national RTPI Awards.
RICS Awards 2013
Our scheme at Kingston Mills was 'highly commended' within the Regeneration category at the 2013 RICS awards which took place at Rookery Manor, Weston-Super-Mare. It's another great accolade for this fantastic scheme.
LABC Awards 2013
Nash Partnership were regional finalists in this year's LABC awards - Best Partnership with Local Authority (Bath & North East Somerset).
RICS South West & Wales 2013 - Kingston Mills
Kingston Mills received a Highly Commended award at this year's RICS South West & Wales awards which took place on 10th May. The award was given in recognition of this exemplar regeneration scheme in the heart of Bradford on Avon which has received many regional and national accolades.
International Solar Awards & Conference, China 2012
Our Senior Partner, Edward Nash, travelled to Qingdao, Shandong, China to the International Solar Awards & Conference where he collected the Outstanding Designer 2012 award. This achievement is in recognition of the practice’s work on a 28 million sq ft mixed use commercial development in North East China. The designs included a five-star hotel, international conference facilities, 30 HQ office tower and 900,000 sq ft of retail space. The client is Chinese-based developer Advanced Business Parks and the design emphasis was a Georgian style with modern elements on a grand order scale.
The Sunday Times/British Home Awards 2012
Partner Robert Locke collected a Sunday Times British Homes Award Mixed use Development in London for Kingston Mills – a major regeneration project occupying five and a half acres in the centre of the historic town of Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, developed by Linden Homes. Nash was also shortlisted within the Architect's Practice of the Year awards and was 'commended' at the awards ceremony.
