With the help of all our team we try to make working at Nash Partnership as varied, enjoyable, inclusive and educational an experience as possible for all our staff.
We are based in a converted coalhouse building on the Kennet and Avon canal – a good base for walking to town in 10 minutes for the shopping or you could bring your bike to work (we subscribe to the cycle to work scheme) and join our growing band of triathletes, mountain bikers and outdoor sport enthusiasts. If that's a bit too energetic the sports and social fund subsidises a range of group activities including life drawing, skittles, 5 a side football amongst others. We have an office Christmas outing and a summer event and regularly get together at whole office gatherings for social events and 'show and tell' to discuss new ideas or projects, stimulate discussion and develop our design ideas and procedures.
In addition to monthly group CPD events we support staff in their own CPD requirements and provide mentor support at all levels of the organisation.
Nash Partnership aims to conduct its daily activities on the understanding that no-one should be disadvantaged of opportunities to work, progress and flourish through prejudice of age, religion or belief, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy and maternity, race, sex and sexual orientation.
This demands of all staff, particularly those involved in personnel and staff selection, an awareness and an understanding in the judgements that they make. We will consider all applicants for employment on their merits regardless of age, religion or belief, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy and maternity, race, sex and sexual orientation – and follow a policy of equality of opportunity in our selection processes for interview and in our judgements after interview.
