Delivering enduring project solutions for challenging places

Bedminster Green Energy Centre public consultation

Bedminster Green Energy Centre public consultation 03 Jul 2017

Thank you to local residents who came along to the consultation on the proposed Bedminster Green Energy Centre, held at Windmill Hill Community Centre. For anybody who was unable to attend, the consultation material along with a comment form, can be found via the link below.

The proposed energy centre, at Clarke Street, is intended to serve multiple buildings, both existing and proposed, in the Bedminster Green area. Because of the efficiency of the gas-fired technology and its provision of both heat and power to a range of buildings, the energy centre would substantially reduce carbon output and emissions compared to the current position in terms of existing and approved development and the feasible alternatives for energy provision on a building by building or site by site basis.

The design aims to create a high quality contemporary building that sets a standard for, and will complement new development in the area. Further detail can be found here and the comment form can be downloaded below. Comments can be provided either by printing, scanning and returning the comment form to the email or postal address at the foot of the form, or by simply emailing comments to bedminstergreenenergycentre@nashpartnership.com
