Nash Partnership shortlisted for architecture award

We are delighted that our architecture team is one of five finalists in the architecture category at the first ever Bath Property Awards.

Hosted by MediaClash, the awards are being held to celebrate the best of Bath property and property companies. Award winners will be announced at an event on 23 November.

Over the last year, a number of our Bath-based architectural projects have reached significant milestones, including:

  • Spring Wharf at Roseberry Place. 171 new apartments, 4,500m² office space and 1,000m² convenience store. The development will enable a major new portion of housing to be delivered as part of planned regeneration in the area.
  • Hope House, Bath. 58 new dwellings, arranged around the historic Grade II listed Hope House, gardens and parkland. The development offers magnificent views yet sensitively takes into account the surrounding buildings views and vistas. Each property has been carefully considered and designed to give the most efficient but exciting spaces, as well as continuity between the new buildings, gardens and the landscape to create a coherent and quality development.
  • Onega Place, Bath. 44 riverside apartments and café on the historic banks of the River Avon for client Watkin Jones is now physically on site after achieving planning consent last October.

We’re keeping our fingers crossed for the awards event next month!
