Redeveloping a site near the Bristol Harbourisde
We provided architecture, planning and construction management services for the redevelopment of 123 Cumberland Rd close to the Bristol Harbourside. This includes 19 new apartments and two small office spaces.
The site looks to re-develop a vacant single-storey brick building and open yard site, for which planning permission was granted in September 2018.
The project will deliver 19 new homes close to the city centre and 130m² of office space, along with the creation of c.15-20 new jobs.
The development will achieve a 7% reduction in annual regulated CO2 emissions beyond Building Regs.
