Our client, Science Creates, recognised the industry’s need for well-equipped, flexible premises, and commissioned Nash Partnership to obtain planning permission for the redevelopment of a warehouse in St Philips.
Our planning team successfully steered the application through the planning system, securing the client’s first project of this nature. The St Philips facility now provides flexible, high-spec laboratory space that meets the needs for research, testing and collaboration for start-ups, SMEs and industrial teams alike.
Due to the success of the first facility in St Philips, Science Creates has since opened a second space in Old Market – again with help from Nash Partnership.
