We were delighted to win the top spot in the ‘Architect’ category at the second annual Bath Property Awards.
From residential to commercial, from lettings to new builds, and from civic buildings to bold re-imaginings, the awards celebrate the dynamism of Bath’s property sector.
In the last six months, three of our Bath-based design projects have completed on site. These include Spring Wharf, Riverview Court and Hope House. Each development makes a significant contribution to Bath’s property market, adding a total of nearly 270 new units ranging from PRS to traditional-style Georgian townhouse, modern green roof dwellings, luxury apartments and penthouse suites.
Partner Daniel Lugsden and Design Director Kevin Balch (pictured, L to R) attended the event and collected the award. Commenting on the win, Daniel said: “Between them, our three most recent completed developments offer an exciting new wave of choice for Bath residents. Our architectural team designed the schemes to cater for a variety of lifestyles and demographics and – importantly – bring new life to parts of Bath that were unused or unsightly. Each development was designed with its own specific context in mind. We’re delighted to have had our work recognised in the city where these developments are making a difference.”
Summing up, the judges said: “Nash Partnership undertook complex projects and delivered striking results, notably at Spring Wharf and Riverview Court. A Bathcentric business that understands the fabric and quirks of the city.”
At the same event, the Hope House development we designed for our client Acorn Property Group won in the ‘residential development’ category. This was described by judges as “Bath encapsulated; a modern living space designed with care and Georgian grandeur. Acorn has created a new lease of life, restoring a complex Grade-II listed site.”
