We’re delighted to have secured planning permission from North Somerset Council for our client Hawkfield Homes to develop a site in Clevedon.
The site in Parnell Road currently includes two vacant buildings which will be replaced with three new three-bedroom homes, plus parking and landscaping.
The new homes have been designed with the local context in mind, which is reflected in the appearance and materials used. Sustainability has been another key consideration, with the capacity for renewable energy production included in the designs.
We look forward to seeing the new homes emerge when work can begin on site.
