Nash Partnership has been shortlisted for not one but two Michelmores Property Awards.
We’re delighted to have reached the final in the ‘Residential Project of the Year (36 units & over)’ category and the ‘Masterplanning for the Future’ category.
Our project at Hope House in Bath for Acorn Property Group and Galliard Homes is a contender in the Residential Project category, while our sensitive, consultation-led regeneration project in Priorswood (Taunton) is a finalist in the Masterplannning category.
Hope House is an exclusive development of 58 new dwellings in a mix of sizes arranged around the historic Grade II listed Hope House. Each property has been designed to give the most efficient but exciting spaces as well as continuity between the old and new buildings, gardens and the landscape to create a coherent and quality development.
Our project in Priorswood for Somerset West and Taunton Council has sought to find the best solution to manage a large concentration of Woolaway properties and to deliver safe and better-quality homes for local people. As planners and architects, we led an options appraisal to determine the viability and deliverability of regeneration. Steered by significant resident involvement, the finished scheme will:
- Replace 162 Woolaway homes
- Refurbish 50 Woolaway homes
- Create 64 additional new homes, open space and community centre
- Retain an existing bus and pedestrian links to local schools
The winners will be announced at a virtual awards ceremony at 7pm on Thursday 12th November.
