Detailed designs to convert a dormant site.
This existing building was planned for a nightclub and consisted of two double high spaces. It had lain dormant for many years so Nash Partnership assisted to achieve planning permission, detailed design and site assistance to convert the spaces to a new IBIS Style city hotel. The scheme also incorporated a new public gym at street level, bringing some much needed permeability and movement to the street frontage.
Nash Partnership teamed up with Matthews Mee interior design for this project.
