Together with Somerset Council and Equans, we’re very proud that Phase A of the North Taunton Woolaway Project has been shortlisted at the Michelmores Property Awards, being held in Exeter. The project is one of five finalists in the ‘Residential Project of the Year (36+ homes)’ category.
It’s the first phase of a sensitive, consultation-led regeneration project and strategy to resolve the structural issues of 212 defective Woolaway homes in Taunton. Phase A has resulted in a range of new low-carbon houses and flats designed to suit the local community’s needs, while generating significant social value investment.
