We’re over the moon to have won in the ‘Architect of the Year’ category at this year’s SW Residential Property Awards.
Held in Exeter and hosted by Insider Media, the awards showcase the best work carried out in the region set against what has been an incredibly challenging landscape.
We were chosen from a shortlist of three practices, with Partners Robert Locke and Daniel Lugsden collecting the award on behalf of the team.
The judges selected Nash Partnership due to “their broad range and spread of schemes across the South West, their depth in expertise, perspective on sustainability and their long-term, legacy thinking.”
Building on decades of experience in the sector, the design team at Nash Partnership undertakes a range of residential work – from one-off homes to large-scale masterplans. Projects over the last 12 months include work on highly sustainable individual new homes, working with SME repeat clients on multiple small-to-medium size sites, and with housebuilder clients on residential schemes for large sites.
Commenting on the win, Partner Daniel Lugsden said: “We’re proud to have our range of residential work in the region recognised with this award. To every project and for every client, we bring passion, creativity and a depth of understanding that comes from many years of experience. This award shines a spotlight on the projects we’ve had the privilege to work on over the last 12 months as well as our fantastic team of architects and planners working on them.”
Nash Partnership is a three-time winner of the ‘Architect of the Year’ trophy at the SW Residential Property Awards, winning at the inaugural event in January 2020 and again in 2021.
