With its fast-growing economy, vibrant culture and good travel connections, there are lots of positives to living in Bristol. We’ve worked on many developments across the city which enable new and existing residents to move here or stay here. And there are plenty of new developments underway across Bristol at the moment.
Our Bristol Design Studio Director John Everett was out and about in the city recently, visiting a number of our projects which are on currently site. “It’s always a fantastic feeling to see our designs tuning into reality”, he said. “It’s great to see this level of activity and progress in such prominent locations across Bristol.”
Here’s a look at some of the projects we’re working on which are on site at the moment:
Cumberland Road. Client: Phoenix Group
Located in Cumberland Basin, the site is adjacent to Aardman Studios and close to the harbourside. The development includes 19 apartments with two commercial units at ground level on a site which previously accommodated a stone masons. We provided architecture, planning and construction management services for this striking redevelopment.
Whitehall Road. Client: Hawkfield Homes
Hawkfield are creating nine contemporary town houses on this tight urban brown field site in Whitehall. Works are well underway.
Hotwells Road. Client: READ
An L-shaped site on Hotwells Road, bordered by three-storey terraced buildings and the Poole’s Wharf residential development. Property developer READ is creating eight new build apartments on this tight infill urban brown field site.
We’re looking forward to seeing each of these developments complete, which will help to fulfil the much-needed demand for new homes in the city.
