More than 12,000 industry professionals will gather in Leeds next month for UKREiiF – and our Associate Architect Laura Mitchell is excited to be one of them.
With over 800 speakers taking to the stage and 150+ companies exhibiting, it’s easy to see why the event has been described as the “UK rival to MIPIM”. Now in its third year, the three-day event offers a high calibre of speakers and an exciting programme which will see plenty of hot industry topics covered. From the housing crisis, planning reform, sustainability and net zero to investment, economic growth, energy and AI – the programme offers a vast range of thought-provoking seminars, talks and workshops to choose from as well as a host of other fringe events.
Commenting on the opportunity, Laura said: “As the UK heads ever closer to an election, it’s an interesting time to be taking the industry’s temperature on crucial property-related issues. UKREiiF, a UK-focused event, provides an ideal platform for this exploration. I’m looking forward to a deep dive into the latest market perspectives and forging new connections while uncovering potential opportunities. The anticipation surrounding this event is palpable, and I’m pleased to delve deeper into what UKREiiF has in store.”
Armed with some comfy shoes and a jam-packed schedule, Laura will be in Leeds from 20-23 May. If you’re going too and would like to meet Laura for a coffee, please get in touch.
