We were delighted to attend the first South West Residential Property Awards event in Exeter, and were even more pleased to bring home the award for Architect of the Year!
From a shortlist of five practices, we were selected as the winner due to our “diverse projects which were sympathetic to the environment around them.” Our project at Spring Wharf also won in the ‘Build to Rent’ category of the SW Residential Property Awards.
The recent win comes hot on the heels of success at the Bath Property Awards, where Nash was named ‘Architect of the Year’ from a shortlist of five practices. Our Hope House development also picked up the award for ‘Residential Project’.
Our award wins were based on several recently-built projects including Hope House, Spring Wharf and Riverview Court.
Commenting on the recent awards, Partner Daniel Lugsden said: “Our Architecture teams are proud to have played a part in creating three new residential communities in Bath and bringing new life to parts of the city that really needed it. The schemes offer carefully considered mixes of homes that sit well within their local contexts. Between them, the projects we’ve completed offer a new wave of choice to existing Bath residents and will also encourage new residents to the city. We’re delighted to have had our teams’ efforts recognised through not one but two prestigious regional awards.”
