Redland High School, Bristol

We were appointed by Kersfield to provide architecture services for the heritage element of the proposed regeneration of Redland High School as a new residential development. It will provide 43 new homes by adapting/restoring existing buildings with a small element of new build development.

In collaboration with AWW, we brought extensive heritage expertise to ensure the sensitive conversion and adaption of the main house, pavilions and associated buildings were realised. This includes the restoration of Redland Court, a Grade II* listed mansion house, which will be sensitively sub-divided to form four new dwellings.

Planning permission was granted in spring 2018.
