Reynolds Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site

We have worked extensively since the 1990’s in this World Heritage Site for the Ironbridge Gorge Museums Trust. Our Reynolds Wharf development created a new setting for the Coalport China Museum’s 18th and 19th century bottle kilns and workshops, revitalising this small model settlement.

Close by, we worked to expand the capacity of the 50-acre Blists Hill open air museum, allowing it to serve as a regional event venue and Gorge Heritage orientation hub.

In 2019, we are working on the large Coalbrookdale site of the former Aga factory. Here, closure in 2018 ended almost 300 years of continuous metal casting history. This site’s redevelopment demands a considerable legacy in its development ambitions, character and quality.
