The construction for Guinness Partnership of more than 100 high quality affordable new homes is well underway at the Trinity Road site in central Bristol.
These apartments – all 104 of which are to be available for social rent – will provide much-needed affordable housing in the Old Market area.
The development features three apartment blocks and will also include a new neighbourhood policing facility on the ground floor, replacing the outdated police station that was formerly on the site.
