Our team of architects and planners was pleased to meet members of the Keynsham community this evening. Together with our client (Chewton Place Developments Ltd), they were presenting initial, early ideas for the proposed development of the former Keynsham Fire Station, a compact site in the Keynsham Conservation Area.
The proposals include the development of 21 units of senior living accommodation, with some commercial floor space. Given the site’s constraints, designs will be carefully considered to reflect the character of the area.
