With our roots in Bath and Bristol, we’re proud to have worked on a huge variety of projects over the years in and around these cities. So were thrilled to hear we’re shortlisted for not one but four property awards for our work here.

Our portfolio is broad and varied and covers many sectors. Our projects range from one-off homes to estate regeneration schemes, from sport/leisure projects to offices and religious buildings, and from mixed-use to local authority work. In the last 12 months, we’ve worked on new projects across the sectors and have seen some existing projects reach significant milestones. Some highlights include:
- The opening of Flourish in Saltford, and further work to convert additional barns
- Completion of the shortlisted Grove House – a modern family dwelling, which replaces an existing low-quality two-storey building with one of a much-improved design
- Completion of the former Keynsham Police Station scheme for Hawkfield Homes, Nine houses (3,4 and 5-bed) on land which included the former police station plus associated buildings/car park. Some properties are now complete, with the others due to complete imminently
- Achieving Planning and Listed Building Consent for the conversion of the former Bank of England building in Oct 2021 and now working through the planning conditions for works to proceed
- Completion of work at the former Redland High School – we provided architecture services for the heritage element of the regeneration of Redland High School as a new residential development
- The topping out of McArthurs Yard. We designed and secured planning permission for this iconic project in 2018.

- Securing planning permission for the redevelopment of the long-vacant, 10-acre brownfield Saxonvale site in Frome
- Work commenced on delivery of a high quality and sustainable new neighbourhood in Bedminster. In 2019 we prepared a Placemaking Framework in collaboration with the four developers/landowners and Bristol City Council to help guide infrastructure investment and development proposals for up to 1,200 homes, plus student accommodation, retail/café/restaurant, workspace and leisure uses, the opening up of the River Malago and an enlarged and improved Bedminster Green.
We’re delighted the variety of our work over the last 12 months has been recognised with these shortlistings and we’re looking forward to the ‘grand reveal’ events in the coming weeks.
