Hawkfield Homes has been working on a proposal for the re-development of the derelict site located to the rear of the Carnival Court apartment building (a Hawkfield Homes development completed in May 2019) for some time. Nash Partnership has been engaged to lead on the design proposals.
We had planned a consultation event for the start of April but this has been cancelled due to the current restrictions caused by Covid-19. To enable comments to be made at this early stage whilst adhering to Government guidelines, we would like to introduce to you the draft development
proposal and next basic steps:
