Award-winning design and planning consultancy Nash Partnership has added a prestigious new Westminster business address to its list of offices.
The Two Kingdom Street address in Paddington reflects the practice’s growing portfolio of projects in the South East and will support the further expansion of its wide residential offer in particular.
Recent projects in the region include:
- Pavilion, Goring on Thames. Replacing the existing riverside property with a new two-storey, five-bedroom home, with ancillary boathouse. Around the site, we created a new inlet and private mooring, and laid out a series of rills, ponds and swales to connect the building with the River Thames.
- Prime residence in Epping Forest. Exciting designs for the refurbishment and extension of an existing six-bedroom home.
- Ringinglow, Epping green belt. Replacing an existing five-bed residential property and outbuildings with a seven-bed dwelling with large basement and new extensive landscaping. Designed in the arts and crafts style, it has living and sleeping accommodation on the ground and upper levels. It also has a gym, pool, spa, cinema and quirky games room for the family to enjoy.
- Paultons Square, Chelsea. Restoring the fine façade at this beautiful residential property in Chelsea Garden Square. The project is now used a precedent in Kensington & Chelsea for good brickwork conservation by conservation officers there.
- Monkey Island Hotel, Windsor. The comprehensive refurbishment of a Grade I listed hotel. The site’s location next to the River Thames and in the green belt presented many planning challenges and physical constraints which needed to be addressed.
In London, the practice will focus on providing services for its prime residential, heritage/listed building and placemaking clients in particular.
As a testament to its success in the SW market, Nash Partnership was recently named ‘Architect of the Year’ at the SW Residential Property Awards. Judges praised the practice’s “broad range and spread of schemes across the South West, their depth in expertise, perspective on sustainability and their long-term, legacy thinking.”
With sustainability at the heart of the practice, the Paddington office is within easy reach by train of both its Bath and Bristol office locations. The practice has recently appointed a new Director of Sustainability, architect Paul Miller, to oversee its sustainability strategy and approach across projects and business operations alike.

Nash Partnership was founded in Bath 35 years ago and opened an office in Bristol in 2011. The new London address is effective from late July 2023.
